How do I enroll my child in school?

How to enroll in Invento the Uzbek International School?

The admissions process at Invento the Uzbek International School is structured in stages, and we are ready to support you at every step. Whether you are considering enrollment at the Tashkent City Campus (for children aged 2-6) or the Ashgabat Campus (for students in grades 1-12), we strive to make the admissions process as transparent and comfortable as possible for you.

Initial Сonsultation

  1. The first step in enrolling at Invento the Uzbek International School is an initial consultation. You can request a consultation through our website or contact us by phone. During the first call or face-to-face consultation, we will provide information on our educational programs (IB PYP, MYP, and DP), admissions requirements, and necessary documents, as well as answer any questions you may have.

This consultation is essential to give you a complete understanding of how our programs promote academic, social, and emotional development in students. We will help you choose the most suitable educational program for your child and explain the next steps in the enrollment process.

Campus Tour

  1. After the consultation, we will invite you to a tour of one of our campuses. This is a great opportunity to see our classrooms, play areas, and other important parts of the school's infrastructure. During the tour, you will get acquainted with our educational environment, observe classes, and see how we ensure students' comfort and safety.

To ensure convenience, we kindly ask you to schedule the tour in advance by phone, choosing a date and time that suits you. Our managers will be happy to answer your questions and show you how our programs and campuses support students' growth.

Important! For entry to the campus, we ask that you bring an original passport for safety purposes, so please make sure to have it with you.

Testing and Meeting with a Psychologist

  1. For prospective students of the Tashkent City Campus, an initial psychological assessment in a play-based format and a conversation with parents are conducted.
  2. For students enrolling at the Ashgabat Campus, subject-specific testing and a meeting with a psychologist to assess the child’s readiness for school are required.
For elementary school students (grades 1-5), testing includes English, Math, and the Native language (Russian or Uzbek). For older students, testing includes English, Math, Native language (Russian or Uzbek) and sciences. Admission to the Diploma Program involves a trial period and an interview with the academic leadership following successful testing.
For more detailed information, you can consult our Admissions Department manager.

Enrollment Decision

  1. After successfully completing all stages of admission, the school makes a decision regarding your child’s enrollment. This process is based on a comprehensive assessment of academic performance and/or psychological readiness and social adaptability. In case of a positive decision, parents receive an official enrollment notification along with instructions on the next steps, such as signing the contract and making the registration payment.

Application Completion

  1. After confirming successful enrollment, you will need to fill in the Application Form and provide personal information for yourself and your child to prepare the contract.
  2. During this time, it is also necessary to gather medical records/certificates, specifying any relevant health information, allergies, or special conditions of the child. It is essential that these records are issued no more than 14 days prior to submission, and we ask for the most accurate and up-to-date information to ensure your child’s safety and comfort at school. A full list of documents will be provided below.

Contract Signing and Payment

  1. Once all required documents and medical records have been submitted, you will be offered to sign a contract with the school and make the necessary payments. The payment includes a registration fee and other obligatory charges that must be made within the established timeframe to secure your child’s place at the school. After this, your child is officially enrolled, and you will be given access to the Toddle educational platform for schedule information and school updates.

Adaptation

  1. After the school year begins, we help your child smoothly adapt to the school environment, organizing meetings with teachers, the coordinator, and the school psychologist if needed. These meetings ensure your child receives support and comfort during the adaptation period.

We also connect parents and students to the Toddle school platform, where you can receive updates on your child’s progress, communicate with teachers, and stay informed about school events, schedules, and important announcements. Additionally, we invite parents to join the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), which promotes close collaboration between families and the school. The PTA provides opportunities to share feedback, participate in school events, and contribute to the development of the school community, strengthening the partnership for your child’s success.
