CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND RECEIVING NEWSLETTERS
A user of the website of "Inventors World" LLC available at www.invento.uz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), by using the Website and/or filling out various forms, questionnaires, and feedback forms on the Website, accepts this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent").
By using the Website and/or the School's social media, as well as entering personal data in any feedback form on the Website and in social media, and by clicking the "Submit" button, acting freely, by his/her own will, and in his/her own interest, and also confirming his/her legal capacity, the User gives his/her consent to "Inventors World" LLC TIN: 307790682 (hereinafter referred to as the "School"), for the processing of his/her personal data under the following conditions:
1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
2. By giving consent, the User confirms that he/she ha read and understood the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy available on the website www.invento.uz.
3. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:
● the User's last name, first name, and patronymic;
● the last name, first name, patronymic, and date of birth of persons whose personal data the User provides to the School by filling out the appropriate forms and questionnaires on the Website;
● postal address, email address, phone number.
4. Purpose of personal data processing:
● Ensuring access to services and information provided on the Website;
● Organizing the User's participation in events organized by the School;
● Improving the quality of services provided and feedback with users;
● Receiving applications and requests for educational services offered by the School;
● Fulfilling obligations to users under concluded contracts;
● Complying with the requirements of the legislation and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
● Keeping statistical records and data analysis;
● Using the User's personal data for the purpose of sending him/her offers from the School, informational and promotional messages about the Operator's services, by organizing postal mailings, social media messages, SMS messages, telephone calls, and email messages to the User;
● Providing the User with information related to the conclusion of a Contract on the provision of paid educational services with the School by sending SMS messages and email messages to the User, as well as via telephone calls;
● Storing and processing data in various databases and information systems, and including them in analytical and statistical reports.
5. During the processing, the following actions will be performed with the personal data: collection, storage, systematization, accumulation, keeping, clarification (updating, modification), processing, use, blocking, anonymization, distribution, including transfer to third parties, and destruction of personal data.
6. Personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Consent.
7. Consent is also given for the possible cross-border transfer of personal data to countries that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
8. The Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or his/her representative by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data to the email: info@invento.uz.
9. In the event of the withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject or his/her representative, "INVENTORS WORLD" LLC reserves the right to continue processing the personal data without the subject's consent if there are grounds provided by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 No. ЗРУ-547 "On Personal Data."
10. The School does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User and does not check the User's legal capacity. The School assumes that the information provided by the User is complete and accurate.
11. The User is fully and unconditionally responsible for providing personal data of third parties.
12. The User hereby gives his/her full and unconditional consent to receive postal mailings, social media messages, SMS messages, telephone communications, and email messages from and/or on behalf of the School, including promotional and other commercial materials.
13. This consent remains valid until the processing of personal data is terminated or until the User submits a withdrawal of his/her Consent for the processing of personal data.
Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of users of the website and social media owned by "Inventors World" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The School strives to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information provided by the users of the Website and complies with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personal data protection.

This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. ЗРУ-547 dated 02.07.2019, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Informatization" No. ЗРУ-560-II dated 11.12.2003, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Principles and Guarantees of Freedom of Information" No. ЗРУ-439-II dated 12.12.2002, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Cybersecurity" No. ЗРУ-764 dated 15.04.2022, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures to Improve Information Security in the Global Information Network Internet" No.707 dated 05.09.2018, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan governing the protection of personal data, the rights of data subjects, cybersecurity, and the use of websites.
1.2. The School is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to the processing and protection of personal data.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Policy governs the relationship between the School and all individuals visiting the website — users.
2.2. The Policy applies to all operations involving the processing of Personal Data carried out by the School, as well as to all information that the School and/or its affiliates or other authorized persons, acting on behalf of or in cooperation with the School, may obtain about the User and the individuals indicated by the User while using the website.
2.3. The Policy is mandatory for review and compliance by all Users and individuals authorized to process personal data within the School, as well as those involved in organizing data processing processes and ensuring the security of personal data within the School.

3.1. School —"Inventors World" LLC a legal entity registered in accordance with the full requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, operating under the trademark/service mark "Invento The Uzbek International School."

Personal Information — information that the User independently provides to the School when performing actions aimed at completing applications and other forms on the website. 4. Processing of Personal Data
4.1. The School processes Users' personal data for the following purposes:

4.3. In processing Personal Data, accuracy, sufficiency, and relevance to the purposes of the Personal Data Processing are ensured.
4.4. The School processes Personal Data both with and without the use of automation tools, while complying with the requirements for automated and non-automated processing.
4.5. For the purposes outlined in Clause 4.1 of the Policy, by continuing to use the Website and filling out the relevant forms on the Website, the User gives his/her consent for the School to transfer Personal Data to third parties, including cross-border transfers.
5. Personal Data Subject
5.1. The Personal Data subject has the following rights:
● The right to receive information regarding the processing of his/her Personal Data;
● The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
● The right to clarify, block, or delete data if the Personal Data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;

5.2. The withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data must be submitted to the School administration in writing via the School's email (info@invento.uz) or sent as a registered letter with notification.
5.3. Regarding the personal data provided by the User in the relevant forms on the Website, the User is the owner and/or processor of the personal data of third parties whose personal data the User has provided to the School.
5.4. By providing third-party data to the School, the User guarantees that he/she has received the full and unconditional consent and authorization of the individuals whose personal data the User provides to the School for processing by the School under the terms and conditions of this Policy.
5.5. The Website may contain links to third-party websites or applications. In this case, the User, by using these websites and applications, independently decides to provide the third-party website or application with access to Personal Information.

5.7. The School does not control and is not responsible for the actions of the third-party application developer when processing the data they have received, to which access has been granted by the User's actions or at the User's request.
5.8. The School bears no responsibility for the disclosure, modification, or deletion of Personal Information resulting from the User providing such access to a third-party application or website.

6.1. When a User visits the School’s Website and social media, the School identifies the User’s IP address, domain name from which the User accessed the Website and social media, and the country of registration of that IP address.
